Inside the Hanger

Built at the U.S. Navy to house blimps that patrolled the Oregon Coast during WWII, Hanger B is over 1,000 feet long and nearly 300 feet wide and 200 feet tall. Big enough to park an aircraft carrier in it, it was fascinating to see the variety of aircraft in the Air Museum that fills just a part of the hanger. The roof is a bit leaky, hence the puddles on the floor.
